Message to students! I am a Maltese woman who has a great love of both the English language and Literature. My experience in teaching has taught me to adjust the lessons according to the student and not vice versa for each and every one of us has his/her strong/weak points. One must also remember that not all aspects of lessons are enjoyable; reading for fun, for example and conversation between teacher and students is much more enjoyable than slogging away at grammar! Grammar though is the basis of any language, so it must be tackled!
